We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent starting at $65K+ per year, negotiable based on experience, plus a company vehicle and potential yearly bonus.

• Manage and communicate with customers and team members
• Oversee project scheduling, quality, and safety
• Ensure timely procurement of permits and materials
• Maintain safety standards and enforce policies
• Monitor project costs and subcontractor performance
• Drive a company vehicle and participate in on-call rotations

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience
• 2 years project management experience preferred
• Strong remodeling/restoration background preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background and drug screening
• Xactimate experience preferred
