We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer service. If you have a background in construction or roofing project management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality, this role is for you.

• Project Oversight:
  Manage all roofing projects from contract signing through final walkthrough, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Operational Coordination:
  Handle permitting, scheduling, material orders, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
• Team & Subcontractor Leadership:
  Build strong relationships with crews and subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Conduct onsite checks and address performance issues promptly.
• Recruiting & Development:
  Support recruiting for subcontractors and sales representatives. Interview, onboard, and train team members on company standards, roofing systems, and processes. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and customer experience.

  Experience:
  
  Serve as the primary point of contact post‑sale. Communicate updates, resolve concerns professionally, and conduct final walkthroughs. Request reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking:
  Maintain accurate documentation, update CRM systems, monitor job costs and margins, and report KPIs such as profitability, cycle times, and customer satisfaction.
• Brand Growth:
  Manage local social media accounts, share project updates, and encourage customer reviews. Support community engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce OSHA and company safety policies, maintain incident reports, and ensure all crews follow safe work practices.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
  Perform additional tasks as needed to support company goals and operational success.

• 3–5 years in project or construction management (roofing preferred)
• Knowledge of roofing systems and job site operations
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Tech‑savvy with CRM/project tools; social media experience
• Ability to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule; 10–15% travel for training/events
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check required
