Application Engineer​/CNC Programmer

• CAD is required for this role
• Understand and digest standards and specifications
• Create process drawings in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks
• Set up CNC machines and qualify all new CNC Programs with a process for the job
• Provide input for the selection of purchased capital equipment
• Create tooling layout sheets and set up sheets for the plant
• Evaluate and assess all planning to support more efficient processes and product flow
• Properly select tooling and fixtures in their area of expertise
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to train others as needed in processes
• IATF and Epicor experience
• Continually review and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Create CNC programs using CAM software for turning and/or milling processes
• Fresh out grads are welcome to apply
