Machine Operator , 2nd Shift

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, Gemba boards and verbal and written instructions.
• Set up, adjust and operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
• Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen and plug gauges, hand tools and operator manual machines.
• Verify and calibrate preset gauges as required; inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality records.

• U.S. “Person” status required (U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, asylum seeker or refugee) or otherwise qualified for export control licensing.
• Strong reliability—must work as scheduled to meet customer requirements.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with mechanical aptitude and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints and diagrams in English.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Ability to rotate between multiple machines, lift up to 50 lb intermittently and stand for an entire shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
