Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
At Rota Free Inc., we specialize in power transmission components. Our team is dedicated to precision, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a passionate warehouse associate specialized in mechanic assembly. This role require a combination of technical skills, such as mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand and power tools, alongside soft skills like attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
Strong technical skills include interpreting technical drawings, using measurement tools, and understanding assembly techniques, while crucial soft skills are teamwork and the ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping).
- Assembly and disassemble components.
- Receive, process, and label warehouse stock products (picking, unloading, storing).
- Conduct inventory controls, maintaining high-quality standards for audits.
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment, optimizing space utilization.
- Record activities in inventory diary logs. Report any discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and proactively maintain warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Reading and Interpreting Documentation:
Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly instructions, technical drawings, schematics, and bill of materials (BOM). - Mechanical Aptitude:
Knowledge of mechanical components and systems, assembly techniques, and the proper use of tools and equipment. - Tool Proficiency:
Skill in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers), and automated assembly equipment. - Troubleshooting and Repair:
Experience in identifying and resolving issues during the assembly process and performing minor repairs or adjustments. - Quality Control:
Understanding of quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet specifications.

Essential for precision work and following complex assembly instructions accurately. - Problem-Solving:
The ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to assembly challenges. - Communication:
Clearly understanding and relaying information from supervisors and team members. - Teamwork:
