Join a state‑of‑the‑art, climate‑controlled manufacturing plant where you’ll work with CNC machines to produce high‑precision components. We’re hiring now and offering an hourly rate of $23.00–$33.00, a $4,000 sign‑on bonus, 401(k) match, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, machine status boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
• Machine and install or re‑cut chuck jaws as required.
• Download and upload programs into the machine and make minor programming adjustments as needed.('/') Perform machine set‑ups.
• Operate computerized numerical controls to manufacture finished machined productssorting within tight tolerances.
• Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure company quality and quantity standards are maintained. Inspect the work of other machinists as required.
• Load and unload component parts weighing up to 25 lb and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in operating CNC lathes, CNC mill machines or resistance spot welders (any two).
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Reliability (attendance and punctuality) is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with knowledge of machining principles and methods for CNC machine tools.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret English work instructions and blueprints.
• External candidates must pass a Machinist aptitude test measuring mechanical aptitude.

Hourly rate: $23.00–$33.00 (based on experience).
