We’re seeking multiple Presale Ambassadors to drive lead generation and new member sign‑ups through high‑energy street team marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for outgoing influencers and fitness enthusiasts who are excited to execute a go‑to‑market strategy that builds awareness for the Crunch Fitness brand. Brand Ambassadors will work as part of a team to engage local businesses and customers, generate leads, support sales efforts, and build strong relationships within the local community.

This is a pre‑sale role designed to support the defined period leading up to the club’s opening, with a strong intention for continuity beyond launch. Our Presale Ambassador program is built as a talent pipeline, with the expectation that high‑performing individuals will grow with us into permanent Member Services Representative role within the club. Transition into an in‑club position is based on performance, business needs, and availability.

Since 2022, we’ve acquired six Northern California Crunch locations, partnered with Atticus Franchise Group, and set a goal to open 75 new gyms by 2032. The Presale Ambassador plays a critical role in the New Club Opening process and serves as one of the community’s first impressions of Crunch Fitness. This position is responsible for executing a strategic, high‑impact field marketing and outreach plan designed to build excitement, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and sell memberships prior to and during the opening of a new Crunch location.

Working within the local community, Brand Ambassadors engage prospective members through grassroots and street‑team marketing efforts, local business partnerships, and special events. Utilizing direct, in‑field marketing tactics—including canvassing, product sampling, promotions, and event activation—the Brand Ambassador team creates meaningful connections that generate consumer interest, collect lead data, and support future marketing initiatives.

As representatives of the Crunch Fitness brand, Presale Ambassadors embody our inclusive, fun, and fitness‑focused culture while creating positive, high‑energy interactions with the community. This role requires an outgoing, optimistic communicator who enjoys connecting with others, thrives in a structured yet fast‑paced environment, and can multitask effectively while staying organized and detail oriented.

• Distribute Crunch Fitness marketing materials within a 1-5 mile radius of the club to build excitement and awareness for the new gym opening
• Conduct business‑to‑business outreach using personal transportation, engaging prospective members and local business owners
