Responsibilities
  • List, market, and sell residential properties within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, utilizing  leads.
  • Manage the entire transaction process from offer to closing, coordinating with team members and transaction staff.
  • Use Redfin’s tools and CRM to track deals, forecast commissions, and report performance.
  • Utilize marketing and ad spend to generate new business as per the annual investment plan.
Who You Are
  • Active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the market.
  • Minimum 1 year residential real estate sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals and earning referrals.
  • Trusted advisor who guides clients through the buying and selling process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer‑service skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and collaborative workflow.
Compensation

This commission‑based role offers unlimited upside. Estimated range $25,000–$665,000 with an average around $115,000. Detailed benefits package described above.
