• Sales Process:
  Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle through attentive questioning and listening.
• Build relationships:
  Develop nurturing relationships to create a strong client base.
• Product Specialist:
  Expertise in product offerings, optional packages, latest technologies, and conducting professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Communication:
  Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Negotiation:
  Acquire skills to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
• Data and Reporting:
  Provide direct reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

• Prior sales experience, with a preference for automotive sales.
• Demonstrated track record of high performance.
• Self-driven with a strong motivation for success.
• Desire to become an expert in the product offerings.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and meet insurability guidelines.

Sales Representative: $63K - $91K

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts.
