You’ll have a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them on your calendar.

Earn competitive commissions on closed deals with no limits. Splits vary by source and higher splits for repeat Redfin clients. - In-year accelerators:
Unlock higher commissions through in-year accelerators if you hit sales volume thresholds. - Top producer perks:
Earn a President’s Club trip, qualify for stock grants, and exclusive access to represent high-priced homes via our luxury brand.
Redfin covers business costs including license, MLS dues, mileage, cell phone plan, etc.

Redfin’s marketing spend supports agents with estimated $31k per agent.

- Active and unrestricted real estate license.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
- Minimum 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience.
- Trusted advisor with experience guiding clients through buying and selling.
- Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.
This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions range from $25,000 to $665,000. The average agent earns $115,000.
