Job Title: Sales Support

Location: Downers Grove, IL

Position Summary:

• Manage the overall sales support process for Small Group Funding Advantage products for new and existing business, collaborating with field sales, service, and customer teams to meet key performance measures.
• Review incoming requests (new/growth RFPs/RFIs and proactive quotes) for strategic fit and capabilities.
• Conduct preliminary and/or final risk evaluations and selections.
• Assess the likelihood of success versus resource allocation.
• Cultivate relationships with field sales, brokers, consultants, customer teams, and internal operations.
• Evaluate customer needs and expectations against Health's capabilities and strategies.
• Assist in developing customer sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver proposals, including coordinating responses from all Health resources, completing case underwriting and pricing, and communicating case specifics to internal teams and customers.
• Perform financial follow-ups as necessary and document case details for transfer to the customer team.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply general business and reasoned judgment skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
