We're currently hiring Product Specialists to join our Castle Mazda team. If you are a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who wants to deliver an exceptional buying experience while earning strong income potential, join us.

You’ll:

• Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Educate customers on Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
• Guide buyers through the selection and purchase process
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Work closely with the service team to provide a seamless ownership experience

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (Mazda experience a plus)
• Strong track record of performance and customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated with a driven, positive attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Sales Associate: $60K-$100K
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
