The following general description applies to all Delivery Experts. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Greet walk‑in customers, take delivery and carry‑out orders over the phone, clean and make deliveries.
• Hard working, personable, friendly, punctual and able to multitask.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, good driving record and a working car.
• Run/jog/speed walk to and from the car on all deliveries.
• Orientation and training on the job with a Certified Delivery Trainer.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone and at the door.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly. Correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses and navigate adverse terrain.
