Position OverviewAs an OB/GYN at PIH Health, you will be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. From routine check-ups and preventive care to labor and delivery, your role will directly impact the health and wellness of women and their families. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment while continually developing their expertise.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine check-ups, preventive care, labor and delivery, and management of pregnancy.
- Provide care before, during, and after pregnancy; manage menopause-related care; and perform/interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and maintain excellent patient service and communication skills.
- Adapt to a busy practice while maintaining professional standards and patient safety.
- Current California Medical license
- Graduate from an accredited Medical School
- Graduate from an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program
- Graduate from an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Fellowship program
- One to Three (1-3) years of OB/GYN Labor and Delivery experience preferred
- Board certified or board eligible from The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABO+G)
- Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; conflict resolution abilities
