Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinic team. The physician will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to a diverse adult patient population, ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and adherence to quality performance metrics, including STARs and HEDIS measures.

• $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus Available***
• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on preventive care and quality outcomes.
• Proactively document care related to HEDIS and STAR measures to improve health plan quality ratings.
• Participate in high‑risk patient huddles and coordinate care with clinical staff and support teams.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to monitor and improve clinic productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate care, clear communication, and continuity.
• Support nurse practitioners and physician assistants with clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship as needed.
• Attend staff and performance meetings to support operational goals and improve care delivery.

• MD or DO required.
• Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. Board‑eligible candidates must become board certified within 12 months.
• DEA license required.
• Satisfactory completion of a tuberculosis test is required.
• Compensation range represents the national market average. Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
