• Candidates for these assignments are required to work every other weekend. Passing meds and blood draws are included in the job duties. Please verify with candidates accepted for this position are comfortable with these skills and schedule requirements

• MAB/CPI Certification is REQUIRED

Active CA RN License

• If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed

Experience:

• Two years of psychiatric inpatient experience required

• Experience working in a detention center and/or other secured environment such as in a locked facility in behavioral health unit and/or a jail is preferred

• Experience in Psych, Correctional Health, Med Surg or ER, comfortable with blood draws & assessments

• Candidates must have correctional health experience or Psych

• Travel experience is preferred, however is not required

• Will accept local travelers
