The City of Downey is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide basic medical care and transport for the ill and injured. You will respond to emergency medical calls, work under supervision, and operate emergency vehicles to and from scenes.
This is a 24-hour rotating shift position with overtime after 40 hours in a week. Part-time and temporary postings may be available, with CalPERS considerations and benefits as required by law.
