• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive experience speaking, and facilitating meetings, with various levels of stakeholders including end users, developers, business analysts, and various level of Management Experience with using or developing various ITSM platforms
• Experience using collaboration tools (MS Teams) and Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
• Experience with developing RFIs, RFBs and RFPs
• Understanding and experience in Agile Development methodology as the platform chosen will be enhanced / maintained using Agile Development principles and methodology

• 2 years within the last 3 years providing IT and software consulting services in general and specifically for ITSM platforms and supporting initiatives of comparable scope and complexity.
• 2 years within the last 3 years experience of being a consultant / Project Manager of large ITSM System initiatives for private or public organizations with 500+ user base
• Experience with different methodologies including:
  Implementing Lean Six Sigma Processes / Project Understanding of Dev Ops methodology

• College degree (B.S. or
  
  B.A)
• ITIL v4; certification level of ITIL Managing Professional or ITIL Strategic Leader
• Currently certified Project Management Professional® PMP
• Lean Six Sigma; certification level of Green Belt or higher
• Dev Ops Methodology

• 25% Travel Time
