Retirement Reporting Implementation Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Retirement Reporting Implementation Specialist to support the transition of district retirement. This role will focus on retirement data validation, reporting corrections, reconciliations, testing, training, and go-live support for either CalPERS or CalSTRS processing.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject-matter expert for CalPERS or CalSTRS retirement reporting

Review payroll, employee, membership, earnings, and contribution data for compliance

Identify, research, correct, and document retirement reporting errors

Reconcile earnings and contributions across payroll cycles and reporting periods

Validate retirement system membership and resolve discrepancies

Execute unit testing, file validation, defect resolution, and retesting

Prepare documentation, training materials, and job aids for end users

Provide user support during implementation, go-live, and stabilization
