The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales mentality, desire to succeed, and organizational/interpersonal skills with a customer focus. This is an in‑office position.

• Assist customers with various insurance needs, including new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles for risk assessment.
• Seek new clients, generate prospects, and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals, contacting underwriting as necessary.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service/insurance sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Valid California personal lines or property & casualty license highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation for marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge plus strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and quickly learn company software.
• Complete continuing education courses (paid by A‑MAX) to maintain license.
