• Minimum 3 years of experience managing capital projects using recognized project lifecycle methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing project budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Proven experience in managing Construction of new buildings (offices, hospitals, factories) or Major renovations or expansions of existing facilities or Infrastructure developments (roads, bridges, utility systems)
