Job OverviewWe are a production‑driven organization focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing people at every level of the plant.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level
- Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks
- Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies
- Partner directly with front‑line teams using a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership approach
- Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full‑scale rollouts
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support
- Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts
- Travel up to 20% as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma / GED with 9+ years of manufacturing CI experience
- Preferred Master’s Degree
- Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred - Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma
- Manufacturing operations and plant‑level continuous improvement experience
- Data analytics using process and financial metrics
- Leading CI projects from concept through implementation
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority and drive sustainable change in fast‑paced manufacturing environments
