We are a production‑driven organization focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing people at every level of the plant.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies
• Partner directly with front‑line teams using a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership approach
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full‑scale rollouts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts
• Travel up to 20% as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma / GED with 9+ years of manufacturing CI experience
• Preferred Master’s Degree
• Certifications:
  
  Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma
• Manufacturing operations and plant‑level continuous improvement experience
• Data analytics using process and financial metrics
• Leading CI projects from concept through implementation
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority and drive sustainable change in fast‑paced manufacturing environments
