Registered Nurse (RN), ICU/CCU – Full Time (7 pm – 7 am)
PIH Health invites applications for a full‑time Registered Nurse position in our ICU/CCU. The role requires direct nursing care in a critical‑care setting, including assessment, care planning, education, and evaluation of assigned patients, while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities• Provide direct, bedside nursing care for ICU/CCU patients.
• Conduct patient assessment, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow‑up care.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Perform routine duties to maintain patient flow and quality of care.
- Current California RN license.
- Evidence of continuing education.
- Experience in an acute‑care or formal classroom setting.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic organizational and computer skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and patient assessment abilities.
- Knowledge of patient/family teaching principles.
Salary: $50,990 – $79,560 (annual). Shift differential: $7,000 for night work. Nights (7 pm – 7 am).
