Volunteer Services – ED Ambassador
Volunteer Services is currently seeking adult and student volunteers. We have three categories of volunteers:
- High School – at least 16 years old and a Sophomore
- College – adults, primarily not in school

The ED Ambassador acts as a liaison between the patient/visitor and the hospital in order to determine and help resolve patients’ non‑medical needs and concerns during their ED visit. The purpose of this volunteer’s role is to provide comfort and compassionate listening while protecting patient confidentiality. Must have a positive outlook while interacting with patients and staff and promote good public relations within the community.
Must be 18 or older for this opportunity.
