Quantity Surveyor

With a turnover of over £1bn, our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups, operating across the education, defence, custodial, commercial and leisure sectors and offering opportunities to work on the region's most prestigious projects ranging from £5m - £100m.

The initial projects involve local RAF bases under the MoD framework, consisting of new build and refurbishment projects with a pipeline of work in the region valued at £400m+.

They also partner on several frameworks including MOJ, P22/P23+, Department for Education (DfE), with a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2026 through 2028.

• Experience managing sub‑contractor variations
• Experience working with a building contractor
• Experience dealing with final accounts
• Industry related qualification

• Procurement and managing sub‑contract packages
• Assist or lead with production of CVRs (DOE)
• Dealing with variations and valuations
• Input during pre‑construction stage

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
