Are you a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver looking for a stable role with flexible shift patterns, competitive pay, and modern equipment?
We are currently recruiting dedicated HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join a market-leading agricultural and supply chain operation out of Stoke Ferry. In this role, you will play a vital part in the safe, timely, and hygienic delivery and collection of bulk materials to local farms, ports, and facilities.
Shift Options & Pay Breakdown- 4 Days Over 6 (48 hours/week): £41,430 per annum
- 4 on 4 off Rotating
- Days & Nights (42 hours/week): £41,430 per annum - 4 on 4 off Days Only (42 hours/week): £37,978 per annum
- Safely transport and deliver products to scheduled customer sites and farms.
- Collect raw materials from ports, farms, and storage facilities as dispatched by transport planners.
- Discharge loads safely and adhere strictly to site bio-security and hygiene guidelines.
- Perform thorough daily walk-around vehicle checks to maintain road-worthiness.
- Weigh vehicles in and out utilising on-site weighbridge systems.
- Wash and sanitise vehicles and trailers to uphold high standards of quality and food safety.
- Accurately complete and submit all daily driving logs, paperwork, and compliance documentation.
- Licence:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) Driver's Licence. - Cards:
Up-to-date CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card. - Knowledge:
Sound understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations. - Experience:
Proven experience driving HGV C+E vehicles. (Bulk blower experience is advantageous, though not essential). - Mindset:
Strong commitment to health & safety, customer service, and maintaining clean equipment.
