Role Overview
As an Appeals Administration Assistant, you will support our Tribunal Representative in managing a busy caseload of clients appealing decisions related to social security benefits. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop administrative and legal support skills in a meaningful setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and filing correspondence from the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunal Service (NICTS)
- Sorting and managing evidence received from clients
- Assisting clients in gathering supporting documentation for their appeals
- Scanning and uploading documents to our electronic case management system (or emailing scanned copies if preferred)
- Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide updates or request information

Ideal Candidate
This role may suit someone who:
- Has experience, or is seeking experience, in an administrative or office environment
- Is interested in legal administration or paralegal work
- Demonstrates a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Is organised, reliable, and comfortable communicating with clients
