Your new role As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Leading site operations and supervising subcontractors
• Driving health & safety compliance and quality assurance
• Managing schedules, resources, and reporting progress
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Problem-solving and ensuring smooth project delivery

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction (residential or commercial)

Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management best practices

CSR Gold Card or equivalent site management qualification

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure

Flexibility to travel
