• Stock maintenance and merchandising of products.
• Awareness of customer needs and provision of exceptional customer service.
• Accuracy in the operation of till transactions and cash handling.
• Providing up-to-date knowledge and advice on product ranges, promotions, and special offers.
• Assisting the pharmacist with dispensary‑related tasks.
• Maintaining professional standards of dress and grooming.
• General housekeeping and other duties as required.

• Demonstration of exceptional customer‑service skills.
• Good numeracy and accuracy skills.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work as and when required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Currently studying Pharmacy / undertaking a degree in Pharmacy.
• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Six months experience in a similar retail environment demonstrating selling skills.
• Six months experience demonstrating exceptional customer‑facing skills.

This position involves working as and when required, Monday to Saturday as per shop rota.
