Aboutyou
- Current membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
- Holds a Level 5 or Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns within a busy HR environment.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning principles and recruitment best practice.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and fair recruitment processes.
- Experience advising managers on attraction, selection, interviewing, and appointment procedures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
- Ability to interpret HR policies and procedures while delivering a professional, customer-focused service.
- Experience working within a unionised environment is desirable.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns to support workforce requirements across the organisation.
- Partner with managers to identify current and future staffing needs, providing workforce planning advice and recruitment solutions.
- Develop recruitment plans, prepare job descriptions and person specifications, and coordinate advertising campaigns.
- Manage interview scheduling, assessment processes, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment and selection, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies, and equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
- Monitor recruitment activity and workforce trends, producing reports and recommendations to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to promote a positive recruitment experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of recruitment processes and workforce planning initiatives to support organisational growth.
