Job summary

Responsible for the day to day delivery of all building maintenance work, providing high quality service to Newry, Mourne and Down District Council. Carry out a full range of multi-skilled building maintenance duties with the emphasis on building maintenance works at various Council properties cooperating with other trades and contractors to ensure completion of tasks.

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm

Salary

Scale 5, NJC spinal point 14-19, £29,540-£32,061 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked). It is Council policy to appoint at minimum salary scale point.
