Your new company A well established food manufacturing business in the Downpatrick area is seeking an NPD Technologist to join its growing innovation team. Your new role As NPD Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new and existing products from concept through to launch. You will work closely with internal departments to develop recipes, prepare samples, organise factory trials and ensure products meet customer, process and legal requirements. The role involves managing development projects, maintaining accurate documentation, sourcing ingredients and supporting cost optimisation initiatives.

You will also take part in product tastings, benchmarking, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring strong communication across teams and with customers throughout the development life cycle. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
