Finnebrogue, a leading UK-based food producer in Downpatrick, is launching a Supervisor Programme. You will gain hands-on operational experience in the Mixing Room, including spice recipe preparation, meat inspection, material handling, and production processes, while developing leadership and people management skills.
Upon successful completion of the 12-week training, you will become a Level 2 Supervisor and receive a skilled competency pay uplift.
