Must be able to pick stock for customer orders and put away delivery on headsets. Shifts spread over all days, including weekends. Shifts would start at 7am for varying lengths up to 3pm, with later shifts ending at 9pm.

• Early shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Late shift: 15:00 - 21:00

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

• Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Comfortable talking to customers about our financial services when buying certain products
• Happy working in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment, and thrives in being part of a team
• Always prepared to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed - you’ll be fully trained in a variety of skills, so you have opportunities to learn, develop and try new things
• Embraces using new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
• Have great attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter free to create the best shopping experience for our customers
