Lenape Valley Foundation is thrilled to introduce Bright Path Center, our new and transformative program dedicated to expanding high-quality behavioral health and detox treatment services in Bucks County. We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Addiction Medicine Physician (MD or DO) who wants to be part of something truly groundbreaking.

What You Bring

• MD or DO with active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility).
• Board certification or fellowship training in Addiction Medicine, Addiction Psychiatry, or related specialty preferred.
• Experience in detoxification, withdrawal management, or substance use treatment.
• Enthusiasm for program development and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

Your Role

• Lead the creation of clinical protocols and workflows for the detox program, including:
• Medication order sets
• Withdrawal management pathways
• Vital sign monitoring standards
• Safety and escalation parameters
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to design EHR documentation templates, order sets, and decision-support tools.
• Provide direct medical care and oversight for individuals undergoing withdrawal management.
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for nursing and behavioral health staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and long-term program development.
• Help shape the culture, identity, and future direction of Bright Path Center.
