• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2010 - $2340
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday through Friday
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Hours per Week: 40

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• Minimum 3 years of recent CVOR nursing experience (scrub and circulate roles required)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and operating room protocols
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and positive outcomes
• Scrub and circulate for a range of cardiovascular surgeries as a CVOR RN
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to provide high-quality healthcare
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and healthcare standards
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care planning
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
