Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure security protocols are followed.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Familiarity with alarm panel systems is essential for roles that involve security monitoring and response.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required for various tasks, including data entry, communication, and reporting.

** CPR Certification:
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification to ensure safety and preparedness in emergency situations.

** Paid Training (B205):
** All new hires will undergo a paid training program to familiarize themselves with company policies, procedures, and job-specific skills.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Previous experience in customer service is preferred, as it is crucial for maintaining positive client relationships and addressing inquiries effectively.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, parking lots, walkways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols.

+ Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, facility issues, and security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel.

+ Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with supervisors, campus personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
