Rovidam zoekt een tandarts/klinisch manager voor 3 tot 4 dagen per week in de regio Drachten. Je behandelt zelf patiënten en geeft klinisch leiding aan het behandelteam, waarbij je zorgt voor naleving van tandheelkundige richtlijnen en het kwaliteitssysteem van de praktijk.
Je coördineert de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteunt bij de afhandeling van complexe klachten, terwijl je junior behandelaren begeleidt naar vakvolwassen niveau.
