Position: (Project) Industrialization Engineer
We are looking for a Industrialization Engineer to bridge product development and manufacturing within a high-tech industrial environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that innovative products can be successfully scaled from prototype and pre-development stages into high-volume manufacturing. You will work closely with development teams, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and quality stakeholders to industrialize products efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively.
You will play a central role in connecting multidisciplinary teams and driving industrial readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead industrialization activities for new product introductions and product transfer to manufacturing
Ensure products are designed for manufacturability, assembly, testing, quality, and scalability
Coordinate with suppliers to assess process capabilities, risks, and industrial readiness
Manage supplier release activities and support supplier quality improvements
Bridge communication between development, manufacturing, supplier quality, and operations teams
Drive reliability improvements, risk mitigation, and cost optimization initiatives
Support scaling products from low-volume prototypes to high-volume production environments
Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and industrial teams
Act as a core member of the product team and proactively drive actions to closure
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and structured project management approaches
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or similar
5–10 years of experience within a technical or industrial environment
Experience in product industrialization, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or technical project leadership
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, and product lifecycle management
Experience working in multidisciplinary product development environments
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
Capable of connecting technical teams, suppliers, and manufacturing organizations effectively
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Testing (DFT) principles
Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered a plus)
Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2) are advantageous
