Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly) – Dutch Speaking

As a Manufacturing Engineer Assembly, you will join the Value Stream OB&S (One Blade & Shavers). In this pivotal role, you will support the assembly of the flagship One Blade devices and shavers across process, technical, and organizational domains.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives on a blend of daily operational troubleshooting and long-term, strategic optimization. You will analyze and resolve bottlenecks, control advanced processes, and transfer knowledge to shop-floor staff, while also collaborating on multidisciplinary, innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Process Control & Optimization:
Monitor, manage, and safeguard the stability and efficiency of high-tech assembly lines.

Root-Cause Analysis:
Systematically analyze and resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks within production to maximize uptime and quality.

Continuous Improvement (CI):
Develop and implement enhancements for existing processes, tooling, and manufacturing concepts.

Knowledge Sharing:
Act as a technical mentor by training and supporting operators and technical maintenance staff.

Stakeholder Management:
Work seamlessly within innovative, multidisciplinary project teams and maintain smooth communication with internal departments and external suppliers.

Functie-eisen

Education:

A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.

Experience:

Several years of professional experience as an engineer within an automated, high-volume production environment.

Methodologies:
Strong familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement techniques is a distinct advantage.

Language:
Professional proficiency in the Dutch language is a strict requirement for safety and operational communication on the shop floor.
