Als Allround Procesoperator werk je in een 5-ploegendienst en ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en sturen van het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat het proces vlekkeloos verloopt en handelt eventuele kleine storingen zelfstandig af. De productielijnen zijn zeer geavanceerd, wat zorgt voor diverse en uitdagende werkzaamheden. Daarnaast ligt de focus op Lean en 6S methodieken, wat een belangrijk onderdeel vormt van je rol als Allround Procesoperator.
Als Allround Procesoperator in een 5-ploegendienst voldoe je (grotendeels) aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Minimaal een opleiding MBO 3, bij voorkeur richting techniek (harde eis);
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving;
- Affiniteit met techniek;
- Bereidheid om te werken met regels en procedures.
