Eleos zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider Nachtdienst op een woonlocatie in Drachten. Als nachtwaker ben je tijdens de nacht aanwezig en wakker om een veilige en ontspannen leefomgeving te garanderen terwijl de cliënten slapen.
Je taken omvatten toezicht houden, rust bewaken, reageren bij calamiteiten of hulpvragen en, indien bevoegd, medicatietoediening. Je rapporteert bijzonderheden zorgvuldig voor een vlotte overdracht aan het dagteam.
