Een organisatie voor sociale hulpverlening in Friesland zoekt een Ambulant begeleider Jeugd en Gezin | Gezinsprofessional. In deze functie maak je een groot verschil door gezinnen met complexe problematiek te begeleiden en hen te motiveren naar duurzame verandering. Je schrijft zorgplannen en helpt gezinnen actief in hun eigen omgeving. De rol vraagt om een creatieve en zelfstandige aanpak met een christelijke motivatie.

Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week en krijgt de vrijheid je eigen agenda te bepalen.
