Eleos in Drachten zoekt een gezinsbehandelaar voor intensieve behandeling van gezinnen met psychiatrische problematiek. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met diverse hulpverleners en stel je, samen met het gezin, een werkplan op gericht op veranderprocessen.
Je hebt een relevante hbo-opleiding afgerond en bij voorkeur de opleiding Intensieve Ambulante Gezinsbehandeling (IAG). Wij bieden een parttime arbeidsovereenkomst van 16-24 uur per week, met een salaris op basis van functiegroep 55 ggz.
