As a Member Services Representative, you will provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. You will have flexible scheduling options with opportunities for full‑time and part‑time shifts.
- Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist them with any questions or concerns.
- Promote our Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the floor, offering assistance and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
- Resolve member concerns and, when needed, elevate to the Club Manager.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
- Perform membership‑related functions such as sign‐ups, billing updates, cancellations, collection of unpaid balances, and transfers.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals; contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
- Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
- Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
- Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities, including communal spaces and assigned areas.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free.
- Perform regular safety and cleanliness inspections of all club areas.
- Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Continually standing and moving throughout the club during shift.
- Continual in‑person or phone communication.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- May encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
- Movement in various positions, including bending and twisting.
