Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Customer Service Representative in Dracut MA. The position is temp-to-perm. Join a leading manufacturer whose materials are specified by top designers worldwide in markets such as retail, hospitality, contract furniture, and transportation.

Starting Salary: $20 to $24 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports and track projects/quotes in assigned markets.
  • Communicate effectively with outside sales reps as directed by the Executive VP of Sales.
  • Consult with internal departments to provide accurate technical product information.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current and upcoming products.
  • Monitor competitive products and market trends.
  • Understand product applications and required finishes by market segment.
  • Research and qualify new leads.
  • Vet potential customers, set up new accounts, and process initial orders.
  • Support the order process by coordinating with the Customer Service and Sample Departments.
  • Identify sales opportunities for the Executive VP of Sales to pursue.
  • Coordinate special sample requests and product development needs.
  • Submit Product Development Requests (PDRs) based on customer needs.
  • Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a team
