About the Role
Clinic Director—Physical Therapist: oversee patient care, daily operations, and team collaboration at our brand new Dracut, MA clinic.
Responsibilities- Lead clinical and administrative staff, including PTs, OTs, athletic trainers, and front‑office personnel.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Mentor staff, foster a positive culture, and organize staff meetings.
- Maintain a full productive caseload with high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
- Ensure documentation compliance and participate in quarterly chart reviews.
- Use patient feedback and clinical outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with referral sources to enhance patient experience.
- Utilize tools such as Prediction Health for workflow and coding optimization.
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and other financial management activities.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives for clinic growth.
- Manage clinic schedules, equipment, and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Promote community outreach, marketing, and program development.
- Respond to incidents and support a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
- Active or pending state license to practice PT.
- Excellent customer‑service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population of all ages.
- Drive for continual learning and growth.
