The LPN Outpatient at Tufts Medicine Diabetes + Endocrine Care – Dracut provides nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse, following the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care. Responsibilities include data collection, patient teaching, and collaboration with the health care team to support health goals.
The role requires an LPN license in Massachusetts and Basic Life Support certification, with hours of 40 per week, Monday–Friday.
