The Equipment Group has an opening for a Yard Coordinator to assist with setting up paving crews’ daily equipment and supply needs including prepping small tools and equipment. This position reports to the Equipment Manager and works closely with Operations Dispatch.

Responsibilities include:

• Staging trucks and equipment for crew needs
• Setting up paving crews with needed supplies
• Assisting with Parts Department pickups and deliveries
• Keeping Fuel Island clean and performing daily and monthly inspections
• Checking vehicles for proper safety equipment (ex: fire extinguishers & triangles)
• Assisting with State Inspection Stickers
• Maintaining inventory supplies for paving crews
• Cleaning and prepping vehicles and equipment
• Assisting with shop cleaning
• Maintaining safety practices, which parallel or exceed MSHA and OSHA regulations
• Maintaining Brox Industries safety goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have some computer skills
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
