Overview
This position is responsible for reconciliation, reporting, and audit of assigned account numbers, assigned vendor accounts, and assigned groups.

AP Analyst will research and verify vendor correction requests, post journal entries for corrections, work with Associates on best practices and account resolution.

Duties

Daily

Resolve EIV Correction incidents in the Solar Winds system

Resolve EIV Posting requests in ODC, Solar Winds System

Process Invoices for assigned stores

Address all incoming email

Continuous work on projects – resolve previous debit balances w/AP Manager

May temporarily be assigned overflow stores from regular AP

Process credit card refunds from Nvoice Pay mailbox

Backup to RTS posting associate

Request special pays for assigned vendors

Process Completeness reports, report exceptions and work with associates to ensure invoices are processed accordingly

Monthly

Assigned Accounts statements/reconcile/request payments/request copies and distribute to stores

As needed

Will assist with training materials, training sessions, one on one training sessions, Webex training sessions,

Will assist with EOM reporting and accrual postings

Will assist with acquisition set ups, associated projects

May assist with refund check research as time allows

Requirements to interview

Vendor AP or ODC Processor Level II experience for 12 months

Metrics at or above standard for 6 months.
